Refund Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns must adhere to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must not show any evidence of wear, stains, or odors.
- If the above conditions are not met, 79 Kings reserves the right to return the item back to you.
Note: Engraved jewelry or custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Regular Jewelry:
- Can be replaced up to 30 days after receiving it.
- For size exchanges, 79 Kings does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE TERMS
- Before sending back your item(s) for an exchange, please contact our customer service team.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, 79 Kings reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item(s) do not meet the above requirements.
- Once your package has been received, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
REFUND TERMS
- Before sending back your item(s) for a refund, please contact our customer service team.
- We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full-priced items returned to us within 30 days from the date of your delivery.
- The refund will be issued after we receive the jewelry in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with no signs of damage or use.
- Upon receipt of returned merchandise, 79 Kings reserves the right to deny a refund if the item(s) do not meet the above requirements.
- Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days in the original form of payment.
- In the case of a full return (all items in the order), the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund (if any).
- Priority processing, gift cards, e-cards, premium gift packaging, and shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
